OAK RIDGE, TN (May 2024) – Navarro Research & Engineering, Inc. (Navarro) is proud to announce that Connie Flohr has joined the company as Senior Vice President, focusing on new strategic partnerships and targeted growth opportunities for Navarro’s nationwide federal programs within the Department of Energy (DOE), NASA, and the Department of Defense.

Ms. Flohr is a former DOE executive with over 25 years of experience in budget formulation and execution, strategic planning, and field office management.  Her experience includes serving as the Director for the Office of Budget (DOE-EM) and as EM’s Deputy Assistant Secretary for Resource Management.

Immediately prior to her DOE retirement in April 2024, Ms. Flohr served as the Manager of the Idaho Cleanup Project in Idaho, where she was responsible for directing all mission and staff functions for the cleanup efforts at the Idaho National Laboratory Site.  She is the recipient of numerous Departmental awards and commendations, including the Secretary’s Exceptional Service Award.

Ms. Flohr received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Finance in 1989 and her Master of Business Administration in Marketing in 1999.  She currently resides in Idaho with her wife, Melanie, and enjoys outdoor activities, particularly camping and fishing.
