The CAS-Navarro Joint Venture, LLC was awarded a contract to provide Engineering, Scientific and Technical support to renewable energy and energy efficiency programs by the Department of Energy, Golden Field Office. CAS-Navarro is a joint venture between Navarro and Corporate Allocation Services, a small business that provides high quality management and technical support services to federal government agencies nationwide. CAS is an 8(a), woman-owned, small disadvantaged business located in Westminster, Colorado.

This award is an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract worth up to $50M over five years. CAS-Navarro’s services include project engineering, scientific support, environmental specialist support, project analysis, and program management services. CAS-Navarro supports the Office of Commercialization and Project Management mission to leverage public and private research, development, and deployment investments, and provide leadership to reduce barriers to energy efficiency and renewable energy. CAS-Navarro supports Energy Efficiency Programs, including a) Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grants, b) Clean Cities, c) Buildings/Green Power, d) Federal Energy Management Program, e) State Energy Program, f) Weatherization Assistance Program, and g) Industrial Technology Program. In addition, we support Renewable Energy Programs, including a) Biomass, b) Hydrogen, c) Wind and Water, d) Solar, e) Geothermal, and f) Tribal Energy Program.
